The decor, furnishings and comfort was top notch. It is a home that you want to live in yourself. So many added extras, snacks, drinks etc. The massage chair ‘sucked’ us in!
The appliances were many and no expense was spared to make sure that we were taken care of.
Everything is top notch right down to the toilet tissue.

Have rented a lot of homes and Amanda's is one of the best. Extremely clean and maintained. Loved the movie room, pool, hot tub and outside area. Amanda even provided snacks and bottle water. I would definitely stay here again when in Mesa.

Where to start!! First we enter the home and there is a welcome card and a basket filled , I mean filled, with goodies! The grands, my husband and brother dug right in! The house was amazing! The hidden room!! The kitchen and entire house was labeled so everything was so easy to find! Plenty of supplies like dish soap; dishwasher etc. My 10 year old granddaughter was super impressed with the spices! The kitchen had every gadget you needed- rice cooker, air fryer- labeled and with directions!! The bedrooms were gorgeous, with comfy bedding and pillows! Bathrooms had all supples you needed and again all was labeled so you didn’t have to guess! The washer and dryer, easy access and worked so well! My husband loved the massage chair and the grands loved finding the theatre room! Outside! Beautiful place to drink coffee in the morning!!Hot tub at night. The pool was freezing but Amanda started heating and it did warm up (paid extra but worth it). Would stay again! Stay, you will love it!!🥰

I highly recommend this Airbnb, 1000+ stars! Amanda’s place was beautiful, organized, well described & most importantly comfortable. The interior & layout of the home is sectioned and designed beautifully. Amanda was super responsive, helpful and nice! She made us feel welcomed the minute we walked in by leaving us a heartfelt birthday card as she knew we were in AZ to celebrate my birthday. Thank you again Amanda for hosting, we had an amazing time & look forward to rebook in the future!

Amanda was such a great host. She was very responsive and eager to assist with our stay if needed. We were so impressed by how kid friendly the space was- high chair, booster seat, fenced in pool, bottle brush, crib and pack and play, even a kids toilet seat! The space was just as pictured. We hope to come back!

We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable for our big extended family. There were thoughtful and personalized touches throughout the home. It was clear Amanda genuinely cared that our family had an amazing stay. The home was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The backyard and pool felt like our own private oasis! We traveled for the Mesa Marathon and were able to cheer on our runners from the main street out of the neighborhood! Would highly recommend this home.

Here’s a shorter, clean version Fantastic Stay!
We had an amazing stay at this modern luxury home in Mesa. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly as described. The heated pool and hot tub were definite highlights and made it feel like a private resort.
Inside, the home was comfortable and well stocked, and the theater room was a great bonus. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Great location with easy access to Scottsdale and the surrounding area. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again!

My family and I travel to phoenix often and we have stayed at numerous air BNB's, this one was by far the nicest one in so many ways. For starters the backyard is great, the heated pool was perfect for our mid winter trip, and if you wanted warmer, the hot tub was right there. Perfect seating areas outside with heaters for the chilly nights. The inside was extremely clean and not showing any signs of wear like other houses we have stayed at. Amanda does truly care for this property as its her own home. The location is great with easy access to major roads, close to both airports. The mini fridge was stocked with some drinks and snacks on the counter when we arrived, I cant tell you how great that was to walk into when just flying in with an infant and a toddler. The house was very well equipped for our kids, toys for the pool, height chair, plastic dinnerware, pack n play. Just all together the experience was a great one and anyone on the fence about renting this most certainly should

This is our 2nd stay in one of Amanda's properties. We would highly recommend this home. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked with whatever you might need during your stay. Communication is excellent throughout the booking process and during the time in the property There is so much attention to detail. We appreciated having the Christmas tree there during the holiday season. You can tell the hosts care about their guests and really strive to make it a memorable stay for them. There is so much attention to detail. that we really appreciated. Thank you Amanda!
