This is our 2nd stay in one of Amanda's properties. We would highly recommend this home. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked with whatever you might need during your stay. Communication is excellent throughout the booking process and during the time in the property There is so much attention to detail. We appreciated having the Christmas tree there during the holiday season. You can tell the hosts care about their guests and really strive to make it a memorable stay for them. There is so much attention to detail. that we really appreciated. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda was a very responsive host. The place of stay was exactly what was communicated. The small touches such as a welcome note, snacks and coffee were such a welcome addition. Amanda responded within minutes of each request and even accommodated a flexible schedule for us. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks Amanda and Nik, you were great hosts!

We have stayed in some truly beautiful AirBnB properties, but Amanda's was by far the most welcoming and best equipped. The kitchen was loaded with excellent cookware, gadgets, and appliances. The cupboards were clearly marked and filled with every helpful thing, including storage bags, plastic wrap, foil, and all the stuff you have in your own kitchen, but don't expect to find at a rental property. Same for the linens and towels. Not only were they excellent quality, but there was an abundance of extras, so we never felt like we had to ration out the towels, even with our group of 7 adults, a teenager, and a baby over a 5 night stay. Amanda provided a Welcome Basket filled with treats and additional snacks and a fridge stocked with sodas and bottled water in the game room. This a great property that feels more welcoming and with more home touches than any other rental home we have experienced. Big thanks to Amanda!

You will not regret staying at this beautiful home. The host truly goes above and beyond — it feels like a luxury, custom-designed stay from start to finish. House is exactly as pictured.
There were complimentary waters and sodas in the theater room, which our kids absolutely loved spending time in. Traveling with small children, specifically twins is challenging but this home made our lives easier. Amanda even provided two pack-and-plays and two high chairs, which we weren’t even expecting! It made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free.
We stayed for an entire week, and there isn’t one negative thing we could say. This was by far the best rental home we’ve ever stayed in!

My family and I came to visit Mesa as a little get-together since we all live in different places. My nieces loved the theater room, the pool, and the hot tub were such great amenities, and family dinners were very easy with how spacious the kitchen is. Would definitely endorse this house as family-friendly and great for a larger group!

This was my second time staying with Amanda, and it felt just as wonderful as the first. Amanda and Nikhil are so reliable, welcoming, and genuinely kind—they truly make you feel at home the moment you arrive. That’s exactly why I didn’t hesitate to book again, and why I’d be more than happy to book a third, even a fourth time. Staying here feels less like a rental and more like visiting friends you can always count on.

Our stay at this home was truly exceptional. The property is beautifully designed with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the beautiful living areas to the serene, well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the cinema and game room and asked if we could create one at our home. The outdoor space was a highlight, whether sipping coffee on the patio or relaxing by the stunning pool, it felt like a private resort!
Our hosts were gracious and attentive as always (we’ve stayed at one of their other homes as well), making sure everything was seamless and providing excellent local recommendations. This home is a true gem, and we look forward to returning for another memorable getaway.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at in my life not only was the house super beautiful with lots of wonderful amenities, but anything you could think of was there in the Home extra towels clean linens the house was cleaned perfectly and everything was just so wonderful and welcoming. I 100% recommend this host and this house. I can’t wait to stay here again with my family.

This has to be one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had— the unit was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. Amanda was an absolutely wonderful host— extremely responsive & incredibly friendly. I do not have a single complaint. This place truly exceeded my expectations, & I cannot recommend this place more ! If you’re considering this place , don’t even think about it — BOOK IT! It was about 20-30 min from the airport, 20-28 min to Old Town Scottsdale or Downtown Phoenix. It was the perfect place to come back to after a hot day of exploring. Beds were so comfortable— one of my friends even said that it was the best rest she had in years (not even joking). If I am ever back in the area, this is the place I am booking. Thank you so much Amanda for making our girls’ trip one for the books !
